PhD Radojko Miladinović gained a Doctor of Technical Sciences degree at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and previously a Master of Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade. He worked at the Belgrade Stock Exchange, the brokerage house BEC, and the Institute of Telecommunications throughout his rich professional life.

During his professional career, he was engaged as a manager of several international projects in the field of stock exchange operations. Of these projects, developing the information systems of the Belgrade Stock Exchange in Belgrade, the Montenegro Stock Exchange in Podgorica and the Product Exchange in Novi Sad should be highlighted. All projects were fully implemented according to EU standards.

PhD Miladinović built his expertise through a wide range of jobs such as designing and developing all types of business systems, analysing and organising business processes, creating plans to ensure business continuity, defining and implementing IT infrastructure, consulting activities in various companies and institutions, operational assistance related to management, as well as strategic and organisational planning.
